Pharmacology
Studies in rodents have shown that MGM-15 acts as an analgesic and as a relaxing and hypnotic agent, but has stronger MOR activity than its predecessor 7-hydroxymitragynine.

MGM-15 has an unclear legal status in many countries. MGM-15 is an analog of 7-hydroxymitragynine and may not be legal in countries where analogues are prosecuted.
