N-Pyrrolidino Protonitazene or Protonitazepyne is an opioid substance with analgesic properties, derivative of benzimidazole, a designer analogue of etonitezene.
Chemistry
Protonitazepyne is structurally similar to such opioids as etonitezene, protonitazene.
Pharmacology
This substance is relatively new and there is little data on its toxicological and pharmacological properties. Studies on mice have shown that protonitazepyne has a high opioid potency many times superior to morphine and has excellent analgesic properties. Regular use of the drug has shown that it can cause opioid dependence, cause euphoria, anxiolytic, hypnotic and sedative effects.
Legal status
Protonitazepyne has an unclear legal status, can be sold in many countries as a substance for research and scientific purposes, for use in specially equipped laboratories.
This substance may be banned for sale and use in countries where analogues of etonitezene, protonitazene are controlled by law.
