2-Fluoroethamphetamine (other names: 2-FEA, o-Fluoroethamphetamine,ortho-Fluoroethamphetamine,ortho-Fluoroethamphetamine, 2-FEA HCl) is a stimulant, of the phenethylamine and amphetamine classes, is the N-ethylated homolog of 2-FA (2-fluoro-amphetamine) and is classified as a chemical research drug.

Chemistry

2-Fluoroethamphetamine is a molecule of the substituted amphetamine class that contains a phenethylamine core with a phenyl ring and is linked to an amino group with an additional methyl substituent at Rα, and also contains an ethyl group linked to the amine RN.

Pharmacology

2-FEA is a designer substance whose toxicological and pharmacological properties are not fully understood. All data presented are from observational and chemical studies in mice.
This substance can cause effects such as increased concentration, euphoria, a combination of stimulant and sedative effects at moderate doses. At higher doses, heart rate increases, blood pressure increases, sweating increases, stamina increases, energy increases, and pupils dilate.

Germany: controlled according to NpSG,
New Zealand: is an analog of amphetamines and is a controlled substance,
Switzerland: It is a derivative of a-methylphenethylamine and is a controlled substance, but is legal for industrial and scientific use,
